This year the kids will be working on a musical Winter Holiday Show. Students will learn the meaning and traditions of the winter holidays, primarily Christmas and Hanukkah, seen from the true multicultural perspective of forest animals. The show will also include a fractured version of the “The Nutcracker” story. Students will also be learning the valuable skills of speaking, moving, acting and singing in front of an audience.

Program Schedule: Kids Take the Stage will meet on Wednesdays after school. Dates listed are 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM unless otherwise indicated. Sep 25, Oct 2, 9, 16, 23 (3:30-5 PM), 30, Nov 6, 13, 20. Week of the show we will meet every day Dec 2 (3:30-5PM), Dec 3 (3:30-5 PM), Dec 4.

The performance will be on THURSDAY NIGHT, Dec 5, 7 PM. Tickets for the performance are $3 per person or $10 per immediate family (Parents and children). All profits go to LTD programs and scholarships

Two Children (same family)   $45

Three or more (same family)   $50

For families unable to afford the fee, please request the Barb Konfrst LTD Scholarship. With LTD no child is left out.
